Xbox one controller disconnecting

    xbox one controller disconnects when i alt tab or select a different window when the xbox app is not loaded. anyway to fix this so i can close the app when its not needed? im using the wireless adaptor to connect controller to pc.

    When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
    Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect    ". Let us know if this helps.
