Xbox One Controller Disconnecting issues

Greetings im posting this on the forums page to see if I can get some help with an issue im having. As if the last four days I started having an issue with my controllers, I have four of them (one I just purchased today). As it stands the issue I have been
having is a random disconnect issue with my controllers on halo MCC. I have not had this problem outside of halo mcc or on the dashboard. my batteries are quite new or, in some cases at least always fully charged. I sit pretty close to my console, so I know
range is not an issue. Again as it stands, my controller randomely disconnects, Occosionaly flashes as if its disconnected, or says its disconnected but the light remains solid and is actualy physicaly still connected to the console. This is very frustraring
when it comes to playing the games I enjoy. I have owned my xbox one since the year it came out, purchased as a Christmas gift, from my parents. and have not had a problem till now. I don't belive it to be a hardware issue, or a issue with the controllers,
but perhaps a software issue, or a issue with halo mcc itself. Im hoping someone can respond to this thread with the answers I need, and perhaps lend assistance if at all possible. To add in some further details, to troubleshoot this, I have done everything
from changing batteries, to updating my controllers (all now recently updated), to hard resetting my xbox and clearing cache. I have still had no luck. thank you for your time im hoping I can receive some answers soon

just thought id add in, it seems I started having this issue after the most recent xbox one update

 

am surprised that I have not received an answer on this thread yet? halo has no become considerd unplayable for me I cant continue to play with a controller that keeps disconnecting ever 1-3 minuts matchmaking and competive gaming is simply becoming harder
and harder to play until a fix for this can be found and I have not received an answer on this question as of yet?

I'm truly sorry to hear about the disconnecting issue. This is something that our proper teams are aware of and are currently investigating. There is a thread open about this where I offered some troubleshooting steps and a survey to take if the troubleshooting
steps don't do the trick for you.

When you have some time set aside, head on over to this thread and try out the steps I list in my verified post. If you happen to still experience the controller disconnecting, take the survey and feel free to share any further details within that thread.

Wasn't an system update supposed to correct this fault?
