Xbox one controller disconnecting issue

the software to continue using the Services. Such updates are subject to these Terms unless other terms accompany the updates, in which case, those other terms apply. Microsoft isn’t obligated to make any updates available and we don’t guarantee that we will
support the version of the system or device for which you purchased or licensed the software, apps, content or other products.

Also under the
Xbox Insider Program:

Thank you for joining the Xbox Insider Program (“Program”). By choosing Accept, you’re telling us that you’re eligible to participate under the terms of the Microsoft Service Agreement and willing to access and participate
in previewing and providing feedback on Xbox content before it is rolled out to the general public. Please note that Program updates may not be as stable as the general public release and may temporarily cause diminished or lost functionality.

 

I'm sorry I don't understand the relevance, my xbox has been taken off xbox insider, factory reset, and I've checked the software version vs the most recent public version as per your website, and it matches, problem still occurs.

Many cases of this problem have been reported, from people in and out of xbox insider, Microsoft are obviously aware, they are ignoring the issue, and making money out of expensive repairs instead.

The ones who mostly have this issue are the inside programmers, since they are basically like testers.

sept 30, 2018. This is a process that can take some time before the system accepts and makes the changes.

He mentions the Microsoft service agreement and the

Xbox Insider Program agreement. These are terms that have been agreed to and are subject to change or cause defaults. This is a possible cause of the controller(s) disconnecting. Make sure to report any issues that occur
with the account or system to the insider program.

If the console has been removed from the insider program, also make sure to refresh the system by performing a

Full Factory Reset.

Make sure you have your Email and password information before doing a reset to the console, so as to not lose your account information by mistake.
