Xbox one controller disconnecting intermittently since update

Hi Support,

This is really frustrating as nothing has changed in the environment and I've gone through all the steps in the sticky thread about controllers.....

I recently had to send my original Xbox one back to Germany to be replaced / repaired and received a replacement.

All was working fine with the replacement console until the recent xbox OS update which i downloaded on 09/01/2016; since then my controller began intermittently disconnecting and reconnecting for no reason - this has become increasingly more regular, particularly
when in parties using a headset.

I initially plugged my controller in via USB and updated the firmware, with no positive result - so i thought it might be the battery; so i brought a brand new play & charge kit - no result.

I thought it might be a dodgy headset adapter - brought new one, no result; so i thought hell it could be the controller - brought a new one, updated it, same symptoms.....

To be honest I'm really loosing patience as I've already had t ship xbox one consoles back to be repaired twice and now have a 'approved replacement' and this is becoming a joke.

Can you please shed some light on this? - there is nothing between the controller and the console, and i sit at most 6ft away; the console is on wired LAN connection and there are no RF devices other than a sound bar (problem happens even with the sound bar
disconnected from power)

Troubleshooting stepes completed:

• Controller firmware updated
• Batteries changed
• Console 'hard' shutdown and removal of power for long period
• Controllers re-synced with console
• Controller connected via USB to verify operation [both controllers]
• Headset replaced
• Various games tried
• Sound bar removed from near by to remove only source of interference

The issue is most frequent wen in a party with a headset attached but also happens when no headset is attached and using offline applications

If it' another faulty xbox one console I will e livid as it takes at least 10 days between shipping and receiving a new console / repaired console - ive had to do this twice already...

Console turns itself on, ejects disc

I have the same problem, ill like to blame the new update ever since my xbox one when crazy, turning off by itself, ejecting my disc games and disconnecting my controller every 5 seconds help

 

Xbox one controller disconnecting issue

Has the common Xbox one controller disconnecting issue been resolved yet?

The one seemingly caused by a preview update long ago and never recognised or fixed by Microsoft?

The problem again:

Randomly disconnecting/reconnecting or locked out so you have to remove batteries and insert again.

Intermittently, any game, any time, once a day or 50 times a day.

I still have this issue, and have tried:

Turn off/on

Complete power down/on

Factory reset

3 Different controllers

Turning off ALL external WiFi/wireless sources in my home

Moving the console in the room/different room

Updating the console/controllers

Lots of different batteries/packs

Re-syncing

Accessories/no accessories
