    Xbox one controller disconnecting and crackling audio


    Every time i try to play my xbox i have audio issues with hearing crackling noises and the audio disconnecting all together for a second or less at a time. my controller will also lose connection and when i'm trying to play a game it becomes really frustrating
    because every 5 seconds my controller disconnects for about a second. you could imagine how frustrating this is, especially when i'm trying to play competitive online games. i have switched controllers, headsets, reset my xbox and router and controller, i've
    fully updated everything, cleaned the xbox, keep it cool, and have a clear line from my xbox to the controller with nothing in the way. the audio does not happen from the speakers, only from the headset with the controller. please help, i would like to be
    able to pay my xbox again!

    MAYBE A FIX FOR THE HEADSET ADAPTER PROBLEMS !!

    It's not a cable issue because people with the new xbox one headsets from Polk, etc are having the same issues and they just use a direct 3.5mm cable already.

    I've had audio crackling and controller disconnects just using 3.5mm headphones as well.
