Xbox One controller disconnecting ALL THE TIME!!!

Hello everyone!

Yeah, I know that there are a few topics around about this same subject, but I'm creating this one because I don't think that microsoft is taking this problem with the right attention that it deserves... I didn't find a decent answer about what are we supposed
to do, neither a position about the progress the engeneering team are making about this problem anywhere! I'm certain that by this point, everyone knows already that this problem was caused by the system update, right?

When I bought my Xbox One last november, Day One edition, everything worked gloriously... But then, the september update came upon us, and ever since, my freaking controller keeps disconnecting ALL THE TIME. Every 5 minutes or so (or even more frequently),
the controller disconnects and connect right after that. When I'm with my A50 headset connected to the controller using the adapter, things gets even worse! Its unbearable to play like that, specially when we are playing online against other players... I'm
being forced to play with a USB cable connected to my controller just like we used to do 10 years ago... There are LOTS of users around the internet complaining about this game breaking issue, and microsoft refuses to adress to this problem!!!

I have 2 controllers and BOTH of then are presenting the same issue... They were working just fine before... Then the september update came and they turned to crap with buttons on it. I want to make it CRISTAL CLEAR that i have tried all the possible solutions
that are scattered all over this forum, and none of them worked.

-Bought brand new batteries... Guess what?? Controller keeps disconnecting.

-Bought Play-and-charge-kit... Guess what?? Controller keeps disconnecting.

-Turned off any kind of equipment that could possiblely interfere with the controllers... Guess what?? Controller keeps disconnecting.

-Tried updating the controller,Pressing the power button for 10 seconds method, playing closer to the console, bla bla bla bla.... NOTHING WORKS!

-Went to a friend's house, both controllers worked just fine, and that only prove that this problem is related to the console, and not the controllers.

In a world where sony's PS4 is leading the market with superior hardware and superior resolutions, microsoft really shouldn't treat us like that. Is that the price we have to pay for being a Xone supporter??? Please Uncle Bill, fix this problem ASAP! I love
my Xbox One and I really don't want to move to ps4 just like ALL my friends did... But if this problem is not dealt with pretty soon, I'll have no choice after all...

And finally... Give us something CONCRETE answers, and not some default, pre-built answers, ok??

Controller disconnecting all the time

It can surely be frustrating. They can just take the games out of the new console. Since you already own the games you will just download them to the new console once you are logged in to your account. Good Luck!

If you are having these kind of difficulties perhaps returning it for an exchange is the best solution. Make sure there is nothing interfering with the wireless signal between the console and controller. Good Luck!

 

Yes... we need a solution..... Microsoft go! This situation is unaccettable!

 

Yup this is happening to me regularly and it's irritating to the point where it's messing up games. I'll try and escalate this through Microsoft.
