Discus and support Xbox One Controller Direction Loop in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My xbox one controller will frequently loop in the up direction. This does not effect games.     Xbox One Controller Direction Loop


    My xbox one controller will frequently loop in the up direction. This does not effect games. It only effects the user interface. I even tried connecting it to my computer and it still had the same issue. I then disconnected it, but then my computer had that same issue.

    This makes me think that it is not a hardware issue and is somehow a software issue. How can I fix my controller? Does it have a virus?

    Try taking the router out of the loop. Do a direct connect from the modem to the console.
