XBOX One Controller (Day One) Randomly disconnects......Randomly hesitates during a game..

I'm part of the Xbox One Preview "team" and prior to the
September update, I never experienced a problem
with my controller! As the title states, it randomly disonnects and at the worse possible times "hesitates" during game play which usually results in frustration.
I've noticed many problems with this and would like to know what MS is doing to remedy the situation and/or rectify the issue. I've tried all the suggestions and steps outlined here to no avail.

I'm sorry to hear about the controller disconnecting issue you're experiencing. If you are participating in the Preview Program, the best place to ask would be in the Preview Program forums. Posting there is the most ideal for visibility sake. Thanks!

Microsoft so far hasn't given a clear response or have flat out denied the issue exists. Sadly. ( i have posted this response in multi threads, hopefully it'll finally get the attention it deserves.)

I have a controller on route to within warrenty at the moment. But every controller with the lastest firmware i've tested so far has the issue. I'll be buying a new controller tomorrow and not upgrade it (hope to get an old model) see if that works.
