xbox one controller d-pad force going to the right

Sorry to see any issues with your controller! You should still be under your 90 day warranty for the console's accessories to get a replacement controller. If you believe you've done everything to resolve it, I suggest setting up a repair through our
Device Support page. You will need to register the console first, and then attempt to do an accessories replacement. If you run into any issues, be sure to

I'm also having the same issues with the Covert Forces and the regular black controller with the 3.5 jack. I went through 6 controllers today from Gamestop. Lot number 1517. All had unresponsive D-Pads. One of the plain black ones had a working D-Pad but
the shoulder buttons were so sensitive that I could barely tell I was hitting them. The other 2 plain black ones I tried had the same issue. I'm going to return this Covert Forces controller tomorrow and try getting one from Best Buy to see if they got a better
batch. Wasted a lot of time going back and forth today.

Hello, the up direction on the d pad takes more force then usual to get the controller to register.

Just bought a covert forces controller with the 3.5mm jack, pressing left on the d-pad requires a lot more force than the other directions

I found one. Chime in if this does not match with what you know.
