Xbox One Controller controlls Windows 10

Hi,

i have the problem that the Xbox One and the Xbox One Elite Controller are able to controll my system.

If i put my controller away mostly the analog stick is pressed a little bit and if i open the start menu or open the context menu with right mouse click the selection always changed by the controller. It also controlls native Windows 10 Apps.

This is the worst system feature ever!

I don't have any apps istalled that maps my controller to keyboard keys or something like this and also Steam is not the problem. In the System Settings i tried to disable all game mode features.

Also change the driver from the "Xbox One Controller" to the "Xbox Gaming Device" (both the original from microsoft, newest version) don't help.

This "Feature" was also there after formatting the system.

If you don't have any idea how to disable it i will change to an other not microsoft controller. Every day after playing i am extremly angry after this behavour don't let me use my system as expected...
