I have tried every possible way to troubleshoot and fix. I have tried different controllers and I have just bought another brand new controller.I have factory resetted and power cycled and all. I turn off my laptop and any other interferences. Please help!!

Xbox one randomly disconnects with controller but the internet is still running

When i'm playing a game, in a party with friends, or just browsing my Xbox one, my controller will suddenly disconnect and at the same time my Xbox one disconnects from XBOX LIVE. This always happens often. I've tried the following things:

Factory Reset

Used automatic settings in the Network Settings

Updated my Xbox One Controller

I have reset my Router and Modem a lot and still doesn't fix it.

I have tried using a different WIFI by going to my friend's house, and I still disconnect out of no where.

I have tried using LIVE SUPPORT and none of it helps....

Tried wired connection

Is this just happening to me or is this happening to anyone else out there? Is there a possible way to FIX this problem!

THIS ALSO NEVER HAPPENED ON MY XBOX 360

Problem with controller of xbox one

When I play, sometimes the controller disconnects, I tried changing the batteries but continues to do so , I don't know what I can do...you know how to fix this?

I'm having the same problem too except when I brought my controllers to my friend's console at his house, none of them disconnected. I have everything updated so my only theories are that my console is messed up or maybe the Chinese off-brand power cord
I'm using isn't supplying enough power to support a strong bluetooth connection.

For those running into this issue, please follow the steps on our
Controller Disconnect support article for assistance. If a replacement controller does not fix your issue, you will want to set up a repair for your
console. You can see this information in the above support article here:

Solution 8: Try another controller

If you have another controller, try to reproduce the disconnection issue with the other controller. Ensure that the controller has fresh batteries and is connected to the console. Play for a period of time to thoroughly test the second controller.

If the second controller operates normally, your original controller needs to be replaced. Go to the Device Support, sign in with your Microsoft account, and then select Replace an accessory to
request a replacement controller.

If both controllers exhibit frequent disconnects, your console needs to be serviced. See Getting your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced.

Hello Mario,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you haven't already, I recommend starting here on this troubleshooting wizard :

"My Xbox One is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live"

Be sure to follow through with every step in order to ensure your best chances to get this resolved.

Make sure to also have your Xbox plugged in directly to the wall outlet and not into a surge protector in order to avoid any possible power issues. This link should help with controller issues as well :
