Xbox One Controller constantly disconnecting

Hello,

I have had my Xbox One for about month and a half, Recently my controller has been constantly disconnecting while playing and using the Xbox in general. It flashes for a couple of seconds on the controller and reconnects, I have tried re-syncing my controllers
and I even bought a play and charge kit with another controller and I still have the same problem. I have only been able to use my console if I leave my controller plugged in. Also yesterday my kinect has trouble turning on when I turn on my Xbox, I have to
unplug the Kinect and plug it back in for it to work. Most of the time that works and some times it does not.

Xbox one problems

Good night, I have some problems in my xbox one, of which:

1-The controller disconnects constantly, I've already changed it and it continues to do the same;

2- Its constantly disconnecting from xbox live, I can not play online at all, it is always going down

Frequently Disconnecting Controller

My controller has been disconnecting constantly it's annoying I can't play HALO properly any tips?

Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same exact issue with the controllers.

With this you have to:

1) clear the persistent storage 3 times

2) Turn off your console, unplug all the cords connected to your console

3) Place your finger on the power button for 30 seconds

4) Plug all the cords back in, turn on the console

Then after the console is back to the home screen

1) Take out the batteries from your controller

2) Place your finger on the power button for 30 seconds

3) Put batteries back in

Bam, your controller should work again. If not, you might need to contact support for additional troubleshooting, or set up a repair.

And make shure you have enough energy in batteries.. perhaps try brand new ones and no tplay an Charge..

At least you can also try to update your Controller...

is anyone having issues where the controllers are constantly disconnecting from the xbox one and then won't reconnect? We got this same console and the controllers disconnect every few days and to get them to reconnect we have to unplug the xbox for 20
seconds then reconnect it. using the connect buttons on the controller/console does nothing for some reason (no issues like this on the regular xbox one we have). very disappointing.

Same issues here! I had some minor reconnecting problems before, but since the last big preview update it got a lot worse. Even my new gamepad keeps reconnecting. Both of them are NOT updated, so you can see, it's not a accessory issue, it's the console!

To be honest I wouldn't expect any good advice in here. If you talk about controller disconnects you will receive the commonly copied and pasted response from Microsoft and then the post being locked. The old post got to 2200+ posts before it was locked
even though loads of us had issues still. most have had multiple replacement xbox's with no joy.

There might be an area of your house with a large amount of metal girders. This might be creating a sort of Faraday cage effect on your console
