Xbox one controller connection problems

My xbox one controller loose connection randomly, I've tried updating, syncing again and again, move the console to a place without any electronic devices around and no obstacles between the controller and the console, and test the controller with another
console and its exactly the same problem... Then, I try another controller with my console and it works perfectly! So, what should I do? Is it possible to fix it? (clearly is a controller problem) or just burn it and die slowly and painfully until Finally
be able to buy a new one...

See if you can do an update on the controller through the settings.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY Like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

As funny as it sounds I would recommend trying out fresh batteries in the controller. Nine times out of ten that fixes issues like this.

It does not hurt, try updating the controlller. There might be a new firmware for the controller.

I was about to recommend the same. Either that or use a USB cable to connect the controller to the console. No connection loss issues at all then.

If after trying all the steps provided here in this thread you may want to think about getting your controller repaired/replaced.

Have you tried connecting the controller with a USB cable?

If you have a micro-USB cable or the Xbox One Play & Charge Kit, you can connect your controller by using the micro-USB cable and do without batteries.

Restarting your console and controller might correct the connection issue.

Connect a different device

To confirm that the problem is with the external device and not the controller, connect a different device to your controller if one is available. If the button is responsive when you connect your device to
the various ports on the controller, the problem may be with the original external device, not the controller.

If the button is still unresponsive after connecting a different (working and compatible) external device to the controller, the controller may need to be replaced.
