    I have had my Xbox One Controller and Console for a few Weeks now, My Controller is fully updated and it seems to keep getting unresponsive, (Especially on Xbox Home) I have connected it to the Console via USB Cord (Not made by Microsoft) And replaced the
    Batteries Several Times, I could`nt even use the God Button so the only way I could turn it off was by taking out a battery or Turning of the Console, This has been happening Constantly and since 4 Jan 2015 Mid Afternoon it stopped responding for good, Due
    to some Research I may not be the only one with this frustrating and annoying Problem, Very unhappy Customer here unable to use the Xbox One with a Controller :`(

    Xbox One controller connected but not working

    Hi, I've recently been given an Xbox One from a family member as they were no longer using it, but had to buy a new controller. I've purchased a wireless remote and connected it, but it won't recognise when I press any buttons. I have the same issue when
    connected via USB. I have tried to reboot the Xbox, but this doesn't help. Any suggestions?

    Is this the same thing that others are having in that giant thread? Have to hard boot Xbox to get it to work again.

    Alright, all I really did was connect my controller to my Xbox one, and do its updates whenever available, eventually it fixed the problem. So all I had to do was update it after they released a patch for it.

    I forgot to mention that the controller I'm trying to connect is not an Xbox One controller. Does it work with a controller that is not from Xbox?

    As Geth mentioned, Bluetooth connection to a Windows 10 device will work just fine for Xbox One controllers, depending on the model of the controller. Certain older Xbox One controllers do not support Bluetooth connections.

    So recently my Xbox wasn’t connecting to the internet at all. The servers weren’t shut down, the Xbox would just not connect to the wifi. The Xbox gave me a notification that it had to do with a problem with the connection of the controller. The
