    I bought a refurbished Xbox One from Best Buy and it worked great for at least a month, maybe more. Then suddenly I was having issue with my controller disconnecting. I bought a new controller (bluetooth capable one for my VR headset on my phone) and it
    worked for a while with no issues also, then suddenly... same problem. It does not matter what I do with the controller; I have tried with both controllers, with batteries, with my play and charge kit after waiting for full charge, with the play and charge
    kit plugged in with and without batteries or the battery pack. Randomly it will work for a few hours sometimes, but more often then not, it will either shut on and off when I'm playing or stop working altogether. Also, sometimes the sync button on my Xbox
    won't work, I will click it and the light on the xbox will not blink as if it is trying to sync a controller. Additionally, sometimes when I'm having these issues I will give up and hold the power light for 10 seconds for a complete shutdown... sometimes my
    xbox will then just turn on on it's own. Other times, I can push the power light to run it on, and the xbox will make the noise to turn on but won't turn on. I tried to fix by replacing the wifi card inside the xbox, but with no success. Any advice?

    Xbox One Wireless Controller    " . If you continue to have a problem connecting via Bluetooth, I would be curios if the controller works with your PC using the USB port, "How

    Xbox One controller to your console    " and "Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect" . Let us know if you continue to have
    issues connecting the controller to your Xbox.

    Thanks for reply and update on the issue with connecting the Xbox One controller on PC. I recommend to try the following article: Connect
    and troubleshoot Bluetooth on your Xbox One Wireless Controller    .

    If the issue persists, try connecting the controller via USB to help update the controller on the PC.

    Is this happening on only one Xbox One, or both of them? as it could be an issue with the console losing connection to the controller as oppose to there being an issue with the controller.
