Xbox one controller can't click forward!

So yesterday I got a controller and it cracked then the left joystick was crunchy now today I get another one and this time when I press forward on the left stick it won't click! How can I fix it without taking it apart?

I get them used with a year warrenty

I can't take it apart

I want to know why it's broke like this?

What's up with the joysticks?

My guess is that the retailer who sold you it doesn't have a particularly sound way of testing the controllers they accept for trade-in - sounds like the thumb stick has been either well used or has in some way been misused and as a result is not functioning
correctly.

Never heard of that one. I have to get a new controller about once a year, as constant holding forward and click to sprint makes my character move forward slowly without moving the stick.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on function of controller. Right click on a mouse is to build/place. It would be LT/left trigger on an Xbox controller. You can always go to settings in game and look at controller layout also.

Well all I can say is don't push forward then click to sprint, click then move forward lol that's why you messed it up u can always buy replacement for it but going threw the hassle of opening the controller its up to you

same problem my xbox one controller left stick keeps going forward and i have to controllers
