    Hello,

    Two months ago we bought a xbox one wireless controller with adapter for windows. Suddenly the right button falls out of the controller.

    I cannot find any possibilities to get a replacement on te microsoft sites. They always ask for a s/n for the xbox one console. But I don't have a console, I only want a replacement or repair of my controller (price was 80 Euro).

    What can I do?

    Where is the correct telephone number for my problem?
