    Xbox One Controller Broken


    Hello,

    I have had this Xbox One controller for about 3 years or so and, one day, I accidentally dropped it. Some problems that I have noticed include the right side of the controller busted open (seeing a bit of the inside contents), the right analog stick unable
    to move up and left, and the highlighted text on the screen of the TV, when both the Xbox and the controller are on, keeps moving down. Is there a way I can fix this at home or is a replacement controller needed?
