Xbox one controller bluetooth on my PC works but doesnt work..

I'm Having the same issue. My xbox one s controller works fine while wired, but the windows bluetooth doesnt detect it while wireless. ie adding the controller via bluetooth is not working as its just dont being detected.

Okay so when i first got my Bluetooth card and connected my xbox controllers everything worked great. It worked exactly how they work when plugged into the PC with a wired connection. When you move the sticks on desktop you can actually navigate the menus. Well my GPU died and i havent used my computer for awhile but i just got a new graphics card today and connected my controller via bluetooth and noticed i couldnt navigate the menu. Ive tried every trouble shooting there is to try. I uninstalled and reinstalled all my drivers, bluetooth, controller, ect. I turned bluetooth on and off. I started pressing buttons like crazy trying to t get a response and i actualyl managed to get Steam Big Picture Mode to start up and inside of the application im able to use the controller perfectly fine. No trouble whats so ever. But if i start a game up then the game doesnt recognize the controller and it doesnt work. But if i plug my controller in with a USB then boom, perfect. No problems. Its kind of hard to search for this issue online as i get mixed results and none have the exact problem im having. It was working fine before idk why its not anymore.

I have the same problem. I think it was caused by a controller update (version from 17.11.2021). I enjoyed the new fast switching feature between Xbox and Bluetooth devices (double click pairing button).

Switching controller between Xbox/Bluetooth devices - OK

Xbox connection - OK

Android mobile connection (bluetooth) - OK

PC Win10 USB connection - OK

PC Win10 Bluetooth connection - does not work. the pairing will be fine but controller does not work.

Xbox One S, 2pcs XboxOne controller, Windows 10 completely updated.

But of course I know about this guide and followed it! That is how I got my controllers to work when I first received them. But now that I try to connect them again, in step 7 I cant couple the controller to the PC anymore via bluetooth. It just doesnt appear,
no matter how long I continue to search. The weird part is that it used to work... and that the controllers work flawless if plugged in.

I have orded a new $60 xbox one controller and with batteries and connecting to bluetooth it doesnt work but when plugging in the cable that came with it works good what is the issue
