Xbox one controller battery indicator issue

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this inquiry. I understand you're having an issue with the battery level indicator for two separate Xbox One Wireless controllers. So I tested it out here on our end with two controllers one I knew had
low battery level and one with brand new batteries. What we were able to figure out was that the controller that's battery indicator level is being displayed is in fact the controller that is assigned as Player 1. When you switch from the low battery controller
to being the active Player 1 profile signed in it will then show the dying controllers indicator. It is a good point and I would recommend submitting the feedback through
Xbox Ideas. Find an appropriate Idea Drive that is "Accepting Ideas" and submit your suggestion on resolving the issue there. Hope this helps!

Are you using the controller on an Xbox One console or on PC?

The LED light on the Play and Charge kit cable will glow orange indicating the battery is charging and then a white light to indicate the battery is fully charged. If the LED is not glowing at all, then this indicates that there is no battery pack to charge.

Take out the rechargeable battery and insert it again in the correct position. If the LED is not glowing orange and the battery is in the correct position, then the battery is not being detected by the controller or the battery is faulty and cannot be recharged.

To test the cable, remove the battery pack and try using the controller in a wired format. If then controller works without the battery pack and just the cable, then the cable is fine. If the controller works without a problem using standard disposable batteries
then the battery pack is the issue.

Try these tests out and let us know the results!

Your Xbox One controller keeps disconnecting issue may also be caused by weak batteries. You should view the battery indicator on the Home screen to verify that it has enough power. If it
doesn't, replace the batteries or recharge the battery pack

I am are using play and charge kit on the xbox series x wireless controller it is are not official one but it is are working on the controller perfectly fine but the indicator does show medium battery level at all times and sometimes it does show fool battery level rather than that it is are working properly in the right way on the series x controller without any issues.

I must have missed the controller issue on the Xbox One support page. When the battery is low, the rumble feature is disabled. It makes sense, but I would prefer an battery indicator icon somewhere. I still haven't found a permanent solution for my Blu-ray
issues or the Home Screen losing information.
