XBOX One Controller and Stereo Headset lost connection after September update.

XBOX One Controller and Stereo Headset lost connection after September update. No use to play with the USB cable connected to the control. The problem happens for a split second, but affects the gameplay and the party with
my friends.

I bought a new control and the problem continues!

* XBOX One controller firmware updated

* XBOX One Stereo Headset firmware updated

I reseted my console to factory settings and will test whether the problem continues. Soon I tell if it worked.

How do we update the controller? NO USB Cable comes with Xbox One.

About updating controller, To use the Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter with your Xbox One Console, you’ll need to update your Xbox One Controller with the latest software to support the Adapter.

So Titanfall controller update is done by over air, no cable, (February update) and Stereo Headset Adapter controller update you need an cable, which comes with the adapter (March update).

The big problem is that the warranty period of the XBOX One is over.
