    Xbox One Controller and PC Connectivity


    I recently have been using the Xbox One Console Companion App on my windows pc to play remotely. I have first generation xbox controllers that apparently don't support Bluetooth, (and I can tell because the area where the button is, is a separate piece
    of plastic) but when I turn them on, they work with my pc and I can tell from the control panel's test function. I don't think that the controller is connecting to the xbox because the distance is too far. How is the controller working?
