    Xbox One controller analog stick broken and Help chat is broken on this website


    Controller - left analog stick moves up on its own accord. Have tried all the resolutions and failed. Trying to use warrenty which expires next month for One. The service says for my controller: "Sorry there are no accessories found. Please contact Xbox"

    I have the AW One with the controller. I tried contacting the site's instant chat but that thing keeps failing with chat wont initialize.

    The controller came with the console which is still under warrenty til November 2015.

    Xbox one controller Right analog stick Broken

    My xbox one controller has a broken right analog stick where it is all the way down.It keeps on moving by its self and makes a rattling sound when i move it.

    Yes this is the worse controller ever. I am on my second controller and just today the left analog stick once again broke. Now if I shake my controller broken plastic jiggles inside. The bumpers are also horrid. Overall bad quality. The 360 ones had a crap
    d-pad but that was not as bad as this new one.

    Finally got in touch with a representative. Issue hopefully resolved with a new controller to be sent.

    your controller analog stick has broken , you need to repair your controller , or i just suggest buying a new one as it will be cheaper
