Xbox one controller always spontaneously disconnect and immediately reconnect

A month ago my controllers (both) started to do this " disconnect and reconnect on it's own", first I thought it's a battery problem, but that issue continued even after I purchased a new rechargeable batteries. I updated both my xbox one and both my controllers
with no fix. I switched of all the devices in my living room that uses wireless connection yet no fix. I'm so frustrated with the device that I no longer use it, because I have to connect it via USB to avoid disconnecting in the middle of a game. I believe
that other players experienced such issue since the beginning of 2016, some of them actually purchased new controllers in order to fix it but with no success so, until now I couldn't find a fix for that problem. I'm asking the Microsoft team to give a clear
explanation to this issue and how is it possible to fix it. This is unacceptable, having a device that you paid for it a considerable amount of money and not able to enjoy it anymore.

Based on the details provided in your post, specifically with two controllers experiencing similar issues, unfortunately your Xbox One console may need to be repaired. If you are able to try your controllers on a nearby friend or family member's Xbox One,
that will definitely help narrow down the issue even further.
