  1. Xbox One Controller Acting Glitchy | D-Pad keeps scrolling down

My D-Pad keeps scrolling down nonstop. This happened randomly, no drops, no physical damage. I took a 10 minute break and came to find this glitch happening. Anything I could do to fix it?

I've tried restarting, taking out batteries, holding down xbox power button for 10 seconds, recalibrating in settings.

    Starting to lose hope :/

    :)

  2. Microsoft Says Xbox One S Has the Best Controller Ever Made!

While scrolling through games/apps/etc. Does the D-Pad on the x1s controller often scroll 3 spaces with each click like the x1 (origional.. not the slim) D-Pad does?

  3. Getting fed up with SLOW INTERFACE!

Ok yeah running instant on here with a wired connection to router, new modem, new cat6 cable, good connection speed, open NAT and updated controller firmware.

It looks like the restart mostly took care of the issue. The scrolling of lists (like achievements, feed etc.) still seems glitchy though. If I slowly d-pad up or down one at a time it sometimes skips fast or goes the opposite direction by two. It's faster
now and not hanging at least but there's still something wrong with it.

how do you fix a pdp controller

You can try resetting your PDP controller. Follow these steps:

    1. Power the XBOX one console on.
    2. Plug the smaller end of the controllers USB-B micro cable into the top of the controller.
    3. Hold down on the directional pad (D-Pad) and plug the larger side of the USB cable into the XBOX one console while still holding down.
    4. The controllers red LED lights will illuminate and the controller will begin to vibrate. You may then release the down input on the directional pad (D-Pad)
    5. Press A on the controller.
    6. The controller will then stop vibrating and the LED lights will power off.
    7. Fully rotate both joysticks in a complete clockwise motion and pull each trigger fully (LT and RT)
    8. Press down on the directional pad (D-Pad)

You have to use the d-pad to scroll down not the thumbstick.
