    Xbox one controller A/S


    Since my Xbox one controller has defects, I contacted Microsoft support today, but they told me that I can get neither repair nor exchange because I don't own full product of Xbox one. Really?

    Do I need to own full product of Xbox one to get an a/s? I read the terms of guarantee but there was not any related statement.

    However, they told me to contact retailer that I bought it from, though, since I purchased it from Amazon, I need to pay 10~15$ for a delivery charge to send it from here and the cost will be doubled as they have to send it back to me.

    What should I do..? Any suggestion will be appreciated ( I am not living in the US ).

    Does the Xbox One S console have Bluetooth Capability? I.E Bluetooth Headsets

    There is no Bluetooth radio component in the Xbox One S console itself.

    The controllers connect to the Xbox One S the same way the controllers connect to the original Xbox One: proprietary RF. You could technically connect an Xbox One S controller to an original Xbox One, and an original Xbox controller to the Xbox One S.

    The Bluetooth functionality in the new Xbox One S controller is specifically made for connecting the controller to a Windows 10 PC with the "Anniversary" update, which has the drivers needed for the controller when connected via Bluetooth.

    Xbox one s IS compatible with Xbox one elite controller so if you don't like the Xbox one s then use the elite controller.

    Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Also the Xbox One controllers work on the new Series consoles.
