    So I have been having an issue with my Xbox One controller, I have just purchased it so it is brand new.

    Whenever I press the 'A' button down the input is sometimes skipped. I have found that this mostly happens when I press the top left side of the button, while this may seem small it gets annoying really quickly when playing fighting games and platformers.

    This is the 3rd controller in the row to have this issue as I keep getting replacements. Am I just super unlucky?

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem, if the controller is still new then I would advise checking to make sure that the

    Xbox One Controller has been Updated    . If the controller is up to date then it is possible the controller could have been damaged and would need to be replaced. You can always reach out to the retailer again to have the controller replaced or go through
    the
    Microsoft Device Support     site so that you may set up a replacement order for the device.

    It sounds like the rubber that sits above the sensors isnt sat on the button properly, if its brand new I would suggest taking it make to where you bought it and explaining the problem. With abit of luck they should just swap it over no problems at all.

    I just feel like it is a bit ridiculous to have so many faulty controllers in a row, especially with them all being brand new and official.
