Xbox one Controler Problem

Hello,

First im french, so i have a problem with my controller Xbox one, i bought it last week at "Carrefour" and my RB button bug rly hard, i need to press so much to use it. I dont know what i should to do.

Control problem xbox one

In the initial setup screen I can not move on to the next step, push the button it's the beep but can not proceed. With great difficulty I got in to put the gamertag screen and to my surprise it seems that there is some garrado button is always active.
Look at the video, is it sync or something or same problem?

Problemas com sincronização do Xbox One

Good morning, I'm having trouble synchronizing with my Xbox One. It does not sync with the xbox control, but when I close the control to the point it almost touches the console it syncs. I've even bought a new control, but the problem continues. Does the
Xbox One Wireless Adapter work on the console as a way to solve the problem?

If your controller's RB is pretty tough to press, I would return it to Carrefour and exchange it for a new one. That will be your best option.

This problem is caused by xbox controller, because wireless xbox one controller have so much problems

1 Day one Xbox one controller.

1 Elite controller.

And no problems.

Bought an Xbox 360 controller mostly every year because of thumbsticks deadzone problems.

So for me,the choice is easy.

I'm not getting the Xbox one elite 2 controller. I didn't get the 1st one why would I get the 2nd one. the 1st one a lot of people had problems with. I've had problems with a regular Xbox one controller, so why would I buy a controller that is 3 times
the price of a regular Xbox one controller.

If it works with a different Xbox One controller I would begin to expect the controller as the problem.
