Xbox One - Controle desconectando com muito frequência.

A mais ou menos 1 mês, estou enfrentando um aborrecimento imenso. Meus controles ficam desconectando e fica logo do xbox piscando no controle com muita frequência. Já não sei mais o que fazer alguém pode me ajudar?

como tirar o controle parental?

eu queria saber como faz para tirar o controle de parentes! pois é muito chato, fica falando que eu não sou velho, mas tenho 16 anos, quero acabar de vez com isso!

Make sure your controller is fully updated and that there is no interference between the controller and the console. Also, make sure you have good batteries in the controller. Good Luck!

Já está atualizado os controles, as baterias são novas. E o problema continua.

Have you tried the Google old hard reset? Keep your finger on the power button for about 10 seconds so the console fully shuts down. This seems to be a common cure for a lot of problems.

I’ve been having this problema too, the 2 controlers disconnect while playing Halo 5 or Starwars battlefront Multiplayer with no aparent reason. I have peen playing in that same room for quite a while with the same hardware so nothing has changed, but since
february I'm having this problem. Ive tried the USB sync, control button sync, console button sync, Kinect sync, hard reset, 1 min AC cable disconnection, but nothing seems to work. I have a pair of Harman Kardon Head phones plugged into the Xbox One Controler
Stereo Adaptor.

What else can I do?
