Im sorry thank you for trying to help but to give you more information I’ve literally tried everything this is a problem that has followed me from last gen and I’ve read on ways to fix it and I’ve tried every one to no avail im running outta rope to keep staying patient. It’s also a brand new xbox that it decided to continue doing this on may i remind you

I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried two different Wifi connections, and my mobile data. All three have says The Upnp ain’t available. I’ve restarted the Xbox and everything. This has got to be an issue with the Xbox as I’ve tried everything else (Wifi, Router etc side of things).

Does this happen with both wired and wireless connection?

You can test your network connection with the following steps:
- Press the Xbox button to open the Guide
- Select Profile and Systems > Settings > General > Network Settings. Any outages will appear on your Network Status displayed here.
- In the Network Settings window you will want to select the Test Network Connection option. If the test succeeds your Xbox will be properly connected to your network.
- If this is not successful select the Troubleshoot Your Xbox Network Connection option.

Yes my computer laptop and cells phones never loose connection, I've turned everything off but the xbox and modem and tried it that way also.
