    Xbox one content download issues FIFA 15 DLC


    Afternoon folks, I've been downloading my copy of FIFA 15 included in the xbox one bundle. The game itself is currently downloading fine, however, there was DLC for an ultimate team legends pack, I entered the code and download apparently began, then instantly
    said that the service was unavailable and I appeared to be offline.

    I have attempted to re-enter the code and it says it's been entered and used (no error message number though) I can't find it on my hard drive memory. Can I get this DLC back or find it anywhere on the console as I'm lost. Obviously I don't want to lose
    this so any help is appreciated.

    If I buy fifa 15 on the 360, but later on get an Xbox one and fifa 15, will the content from the 360 version be carried over on to the Xbox one or will I have to start my career and that all over again?

    Hey there Big Daddy MM24!

    Sorry to hear about the installation issue, are you able to continue the installation when it says "installation stopped"? To do that, you will need to open Games & Apps and press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller while FIFA 15 is highlighted.
    I want to see if it will let you continue the installation, despite it saying the installation stopped.

    If that does not work, try Uninstalling and Reinstalling FIFA 15 again. Before you reinstall, do a power cycle. To power cycle, follow the steps below:

    • Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
    • When the console powers off, unplug the power cable from the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug everything back in and power on the Xbox One.
    • Reinstall FIFA 15 and verify if the issue is solved.

    Good to hear the original issue is resolved, but I'm sorry a new issue came up! I would at this point try

    Uninstalling and Reinstalling     Fifa 15. Before you reinstall, go ahead and do a power cycle for good measure so your system cache is cleared! Post back and let us know if that helps!

    I think it’s strange that people are content with paying $15 for single player DLC, but then indirectly (or directly) snipe at the concept of “micro-transactions” in multiplayer DLC, which may or may not contribute to allowing us to download and play multiplayer
    DLC at no cost to us individually. I really don’t understand the issue/problem with that.
