Discus and support Xbox One "Contacting Service" setup screen taking forever. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Is this normal, or is it odd?     Xbox One "Contacting Service" setup screen taking forever.


    Is this normal, or is it odd? It's stuck on the "Hold on a sec..." screen during first time setup. If anybody can answer me, that'd be great.

    Xbox Live Customer Service Nightmare

    I have nothing but horror stories to tell from xbox customer service. It always seems to take forever for one thing, and when I finally am in contact with them, they either can't do anything, or need a ridiculous amount of info that I probably don't even have anymore.

    Good thing you put "Read" after...I was about to lick the screen.

    I would rather buy a Wii U than purchase anything associated with Amazon.

    The first xbox loading screen takes forever( the green one with the xbox one logo)! Be patient and don't shut it down, it'll mess everything up. It lasts so long I thought my xbox froze

    I would prefer no killstreaks or the 3,5,7 setup. Don't tell me to play barebones, it takes forever to get in a game.

    I dont understand either question my friend. Not tech savvy. But the game takes a long time from one screen to the next. And connecting to battlenet the website for the game takes forever. 3-5 mins. And then i am taken back to the beginning screen. When the game says hit any button I get to the screen that should take me to the character i want to play, takes forever and i normally dont get there. i go back or just forced to start over. i am totally lost.

    By sign-in I meant the green Xbox startup screen, which also seems to be taking forever to complete.

    I'm experiencing the same issue with a brand new Xbox One. I was playing EA Sports UFC and Ryse. UFC glitched amd then went to the start screen and when I try to load the game, the loading screens takes FOREVER. With Ryse, I get a black screen during the
