Xbox One Consule shutting off

Discus and support Xbox One Consule shutting off in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Xbox Consule shuts off for no apparent reason. Unit is only 1 year old.     Xbox One Consule shutting off


    Xbox Consule shuts off for no apparent reason. Unit is only 1 year old. Is there any thing that can be done.

    No, it doesn't give any messages. If I am watching YouTube or Hulu then select a gave that I was playing before watching videos on those Apps. The screen goes black and after maybe 10 seconds the console will shut off. Most times it restarts within a few
    seconds. Other times I have to turn it back on. The controller does not shut off.

    Well it could be one of two things:

    Coding problems within the system that causes it to shut down to save data

    or

    its overheating.

    Does it say anything after restarting or prior?

    Why has my Top UNO score on 360 disappeared ?

    This is 360 Consul.

    Therefore the instructions just arrived are incorrect

    If you press the Xbox button, you get TURN OFF CONSUL or Turn off controller or CANCEL

    All leaderboards blank for me.

    No results counting.

    Error code

    I removed the power cord and interupted the online aswell as removing static and it worked straight away. Resetting the consule had no effect.

    It appears to be consule related as my xbox one signed in fine my xbox one x was the problem page as usual.

    All electronic devices, especially high power ones like game consuls give off heat, there are no dangerous fumes of any kind, its just hot air
