Xbox one constantly updates

Am I the only one that gets constant updates? My Xbox is always online but I get a lot of updates that no other friends online get. Today's was 2000 mb

Does the March update bring DLNA support? Can someone check that please? I constantly use tversity on my 360 and from what I hear I won't be able to do that on Xbox One.

 

Xbox One Automatic Annoying Updates

Hey,

So I've been constantly receive these Xbox One System Update messages randomly. Mainly I see them once I wake up. I normally do not turn my Xbox One however I have set it to Instant On and enabled Automatic Updates. Normally I get one of these messages once a week and it's typically around 273mb in size.

Can someone please help me with this. I don't know whether if my Xbox One is defected or not but it's pretty annoying to constantly see these updates pop up at the most inconvenient and random of times. :-/

In another thread regarding this issue I read something about being a part of Xbox Preview Program (which I am involved in) can be a reason why this occurs so frequently on a weekly basis.

Again, can anyone enlighten me on this issue?

 

I have done a factory reset and still get them . Our other Xbox one also doesn't get them

 

Hi there, are you part of the Xbox preview program, did anyone else who may use your console sign up for the preview program? Updates are a common occurrence in this situation.

 

Yes I am part of it. It's been doing this for months now . At one point it had an update everyday . Even the others on my friends list that have the preview didn't have them . I've even been on the phone with support and that's why I restored my console
and plugged it directly into the wall.
