Xbox One constantly shutting down.

I have same problem with my xbox series S, and this site is so useless!!

Agreed.....been doing for days.....not sure if the running of this andd and it constantly shutting down your program is really good for your advertiser...

Thanks for reaching out. In most cases, if your Xbox keeps switching off it can be of 3 things

1) Overheating internally (make sure the Xbox is not surrounded and has good airflow.)

2) The power cord is lose

3) Dust Build up on vents causing it to heat.

Unfortunately, the original Xbox is no longer manufactured by Microsoft nor is the console PSU. As a result, out of warranty support is no longer available for this particular product.
