Xbox One Constantly Resets

My Xbox One was working properly until I tried to download the new dashboard. Every time on the applying update screen my xbox resets, when it turns on its on the applying update screen and just resets again. It does this non stop.

My Xbox one constantly ejects my discs while playing. I've done hard resets numerous times with no luck.

Have you tried removing the hard drive and seeing how long it stays on? Also, you can clear the hard drive cache which never hurts.

it starts up at the applying update screen and my xbox restarts back to the applying update screen. Its basically stuck in a loop
