    I'm not sure what to do at this point. I basically have to factory reset my xbox one every morning and hope it doesn't just sit on the green screen for 6 hours. It's absolute **** **** with how this happens now while the new console is completely unavailable due to scalpers and the other degenerates who prey on opportunities like this. I have no idea what to do about this and Microsoft is next to useless as their overly complex support system doesn't even allow for these things and naturally this console is almost 6 years old, it had no warranty. So I'm basically stuck at this stage and I can't really find good solutions to it.

    im also having this problem today my xbox one s has been getting stuck on the green screen of death and when it boots up the dash freezes all the time and my games have been crashing a lot so i have decided to factory reset it and now im stuck on 50% preparing
    console screen hour and a half i have been stuck on this screen

    XBOX ONE doesnt work out the box

    Got one for my son this morning.

    Got it online and set up fine, then constant crashing of the menu screen and trying to install games impossible.

    Took the step to disconnnect from internet as that helps install from disk apparently.

    Had another crash so restarted now Xbox one stuck on the green loading screen for half an hour.

    Always had Xbox, but regretting buying this one already, total garbage.
