Xbox one constantly disconnects from wifi until left for a week of which it then works

Im sick of customer services sending me off with the same excuse that it is my provider, this is beyond a joke. I have lost game data and even purchases due to this issue and the terrible services at microsoft are no help whatsoever. You guys sort this
[Mod Removed] console out or im ending my Microsoft fandom and moving to psn, their controllers might be small and horrible but at least I dont lose my
[Mod Removed] purchases and game saves!

While playing Destiny loose wireless connection and One will not reconnect until unplugged??

Same issue here. I get a destiny error code, like weasel for example. After that my Xbox disconnects from my wireless network and the password will not work to get back on wifi until I unplug my Xbox. This happens several times a day and started about
a week ago.

My Xbox One keeps disconnecting from the wifi. When I go to connect again, my wifi doesn't show up. It doesn't seem to be a problem with my wifi as I am in a call the whole time. So the problem must lie in the xbox. When I can't connect; I turn it off and
on, which barely works. Then I turn it off and unplug all the cables and leave it for a while, this works most of the time however it doesn't take long before I disconnect again. Also sometimes it says that my wifi is wired, and I am definitely not using wired
internet.

This problem is very annoying as it always disconnects me in game, so it would be greatly appreciated for any help.

 

Once you have purchased something you can't lose it as it is part of your account. It is just a matter of downloading again. As for your other issues, perhaps mentioning the exact issue, things you have tired, so that others here can offer something. People
can answer that and try to help better than with just a rant.

 

I have tried opening ports on my hub/ provider, ive tried cold restarting the xbox, ive tried connecting to other wifis. All have been unsuccessful and cold restarting the xbox resets tye time it takes to sort itself out

Sorry you're having issues with the Xbox One connecting to your wifi. Does this problem happen if you plug directly into your router? If the problem goes away then it's likely a setting with your wireless router. If that's the case I would get with
your ISP or Router manufacturer to see why you're dropping connection / packets. You mentioned that it has the same problem with multiple wifi devices? Are these in your house, or public Wifi that you can connect to? I ask because public wifi are often problematic,
and do not allow good connections to the Xbox Live services.

If you test your multiplayer connection using the link below do you see any packet loss?

It is wifis in other houses, for example ive tried it at my mate house, my mothers at family gatherings, and at my girlfriends. They all give off the same problems. I will try re contacting my provider and then recontact xbox. Thank you for the help hydro
