Xbox one constant error messege

My xbox keeps giving me an error code saying the game or app took too long to start the code is 0x8027025a ive tried restarting the console ive held the power button for 10 seconds and unpluged the brick and waited a few minutes. Ive factory reset my xbox
several times. Ive been through every possible fix for clearing the code and cache. Ive looked on the xbox support website and ive researched a lot and apparently the only fix is to restart the console. My games are updating very slowly and this is my second
xbox one (my first one was doing the same thing but the disc kept getting stuck inside) this second console i bought is refurbished im at a complete loss on how to fix this

I turned on my xbox and messege said that an update was required. After updating, Quake 4 was already in the xbox and I got a messege saying 'please insert this disc into an xbox machine'. I turned off the xbox and back on again. I then got an error messege
'E71' and 3 red lights. Now they are telling me I need to pay to get it repaired!!!!!

hello xbox live i wanna know u guys disable me from sending messege to my friends it saying i did something wrong an i didn't can i plz be able to messege my friends to ask to see if i can play with them on warframe i can't even send messege on there either
u disable it all form me why when i anit the one sending bad messege out to people they sending them 2 me. i am the one who shouldn't be disable from sending messege
