    I have just recently updated my Xbox one and it doesn't want to load it is constantly staying on the green start up screen but won't load any further. Any suggestions on what to do?

    I had the same problem, In the end it told me to send the Xbox away to be fixed, But I got curious and let it stay on the screen for a bit longer about 1 hour 30 minutes, Then went back to the Xbox and it was on the home screen it's a long shot but might
    save you sending it away.

    Try a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it shuts of and unplig it from the outlet for a minute then plug it back in and it see if it loads up to the dashboard for you.

    The console needs to be flat as it has a slot loading blue ray drive. Not recommended to stand it on its side.
