    xbox one console won't power on


    My xbox one worked since November and stopped a week ago. It won't turn on..power supply is orange..pressing power button results in short sound and white light on console for 1second..I tried unplugging for 10 minutes and switched from surge protector
    strip to direct outlet. Prior support requests were not responded to.

    May I recommend following the steps outlined in "Your Xbox One console won't turn on", for either the Xbox One or One S. Let us know if you continue to have
    problems booting up your Xbox.

    can anyone help me i am having trouble with my xbox one S. Its not turning on i have tried reseting it,restarting it and turning it off and left it for a hour can someone please help me?

    Please unplug the power cable from the console for 30 seconds and try again. This resets the internal power supply's surge protection.
