    Xbox One Console Sync Button No Longer Works


    Recently, my Xbox's light for when I push the sync button has stopped working. The light is supposed to be blinking but when I press the button it doesn't do anything. This causes my controller to randomly disconnect and I am not sure how to fix it. I
    have tried hard reset method and it works but temporarily, cause after a minute or two my controller stops functioning.

    Sorry to hear it. If the sync button is not working on your console then I'm afraid your best option would be to use a micro-USB cable to connect the controller to the console

    Sorry to hear it. If your headphones are set to work with the console then look for a Sync button on the headset. Press it and the one on the Xbox to sync them up

    Remove dashboard update

    All that does is clear the system cache and title updates. The button combo isn't required any longer. NXE exposed an option to clear the system cache from the dashboard.



    To roll back a corrupted or partial update, one can hold down the sync button while booting the console, then release the sync button after the console reaches the dashboard.
