Xbox one console suspension for no reason

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Any report is thoroughly investigated before enforcement action is issued.You do not get suspended for "no reason".

Sounds like a console privilege suspension due to your account having multiple suspensions in the past.

Console suspensions/bans can not be appealed.

The rules are the same over on PSN/PS4.

Console suspensions are usually given when one or more accounts on that console keeps getting suspensions.

It's basically your last chance,the next one will probably be a permanent account or console ban.

Unfortunately, usually Xbox Enforcement Team doesn't give details about console bans. Also, console bans are not eligible for a case review.

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do, since Xbox Support does not know anything about bans and enforcement actions.

The enforcement team are the only ones with the details on suspension/bannings. They are the ones who respond in the suspensions forum. However, they won't discuss console bans.

Also, system tampering is not the only reason a console can be banned. A console can be banned even if it's never been opened.

Console bans

Xbox consoles may be permanently prevented from connecting to Xbox Live for one or more violations of the Xbox Live Terms of Use. Consoles can be banned from Xbox Live for several reasons including, but not limited to, the following
reasons:

• Console tampering: Physically opening the Xbox console and modifying it to play illegitimate software.
  
• Online fraud: Attempting to social engineer users, take over Xbox Live accounts, or perform other fraudulent activities.
  
• Repeat egregious violations: Multiple actions taken on accounts on the console by the enforcement team for disrupting the service or impacting users.
  

Customer Support for Xbox Live cannot undo an Xbox Live suspension for a console. Xbox Live console suspensions may also include permanent suspensions of Xbox Live accounts as well.
