Xbox One Console static electricity sound and ticking sound when turning off

    Greeting

ray movie, I turned off my Xbox One, and all of a sudden there was this ticking noise when the console was off, I
DO NOT have it on standby mode. And this started happening
    TODAY.
So, this is most likely NOT normal. I already tried unplugging the console and plugging it back it, and THAT DID NOT WORK. Also when I plugged the console back in, there was some static electricity sound coming from the Console, when it was TRUNED OFF.

From searching on the internet, some other users are also having issues, so I'm aware that I am not the only one(So you don't have to tell me you're also having the issue, thanks). But have not FOUND any solutions, and I will say it again, if did not happened
for a week, then it is not normal .

If you do have some solutions, please do tell.

    Thanks-

    PapistGamer

    :)

  4. Xbox One Console static electricity sound and ticking sound when turning off

I have experienced a ticking static like sound when using my turtle beaches. what i have to do to get the audio working is go to settings then to the sound settings and select 5.1 surround.. then i'll get a message that says there is a problem with my receiver
and it will revert back to dolby digital and the sound will be normal again. not sure if this relates to your problem at all other than the sound similarities .....
