Xbox One Console Service Suspension - No End Date? - Enforcement Action taken is not clear.

Hello,

My Gamertag is "" and I have committed multiple counts of harassment on xbox and many suspensions for communication. I have gotten another suspension on June 16. I have submitted a case review about my console service suspension and I was
told this:

"A service suspension was deemed necessary due to a failure to correct this extensive pattern of behavior. Additionally, given this pattern of behavior we have also revoked this account’s communications privileges for 100 days"
I just want to know when exactly is my console service going to be back to normal? I know it will end at a date because my console is not
"BANNED" Can someone please help me out? Both of my suspensions for communication and account suspension ends on
June 30th. But what about my service for my console? PLEASE HELP!

Xbox one console suspension for no reason

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Any report is thoroughly investigated before enforcement action is issued.You do not get suspended for "no reason".

Sounds like a console privilege suspension due to your account having multiple suspensions in the past.

Console suspensions/bans can not be appealed.

The enforcement team takes console suspensions seriously, and only takes such action after a lengthy investigation by multiple teams. When a console is suspended from accessing the service, it will display the following message:

“This console has been banned for violations of the Terms of Use. To protect the Xbox Live service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about console bans. There is no recourse for Terms of Use violations.”

Consoles can be suspended from Xbox Live for a number of reasons including, but not limited to:

Console tampering: Physically opening the Xbox and modifying it to play illegitimate software.

Online fraud: Attempting to social engineer users, take over Xbox Live accounts, or other fraudulent activities.

Repeat egregious violations: Multiple actions taken on accounts on the console by the Enforcement team for disrupting the service or impacting users.

Customer Support for Xbox Live cannot undo an Xbox Live suspension for a console. Xbox Live console suspensions may also include permanent suspensions of Xbox Live accounts as well. Against the console ban you cant file for a case review.
