    Xbox One Console Registered to another user for preview program


    My Xbox One is currently in the preview program but it is registered to another user who I have no contact with, if I cannot access the application how can I unregister my console so it stops receiving daily updates? I don't mind preview, but not being able
    to check what is being updated at 450mb a day is getting frustrating. Thanks.

    preview program issue: console registered to another user

    I activated a code for the console dashboard preview but I can't access the preview forum. Additionally, I get an error code saying I can't join the preview as my console is registered to another account that I no longer have access to. Can someone help
    me?

    You will.have to.wait for.a moderator to allow.you access to the preview forums toast for.removal

    It wouldn't be the preview though because the current update is already out

    It woukd.be most likely your game updates this is why you don't gameshare with anyone but family
