    XBOX ONE console Problem


    Dear all,

    Please, do me a favor and explain what has happened with my xbox one console

    Recently I found out that xbox one console is banned from xbox live and completely useless.

    I am very confused and curious at the same time. Even I cannot play youtube, nothing to say about online gaming, even though I am not frequent player (my little child is playing as well)

    Please, help me to sort out and tell me what to do ? I am frustrated and I feel that I spent lots of money and now it appeared I throwed them away ..

    Xbox One Console Problem

    Since maybr four or five updates ago ... Xbox One power resets randonmly. Have tried recommended fixes but problem still exists. Changed fan ... added a fan to reduce overheating ... still resets on its own.

    whats up with this? not trying to get to purchase an X are you,?

    its probably affecting less than 10 maybe even 5% of them xbox one consoles, but it is an apparent problem that doesnt seem too all uncommon.

    It is not possible to get help with and of these sort of issues on the forums all we can do is refer you to the web site below for more information.

    In addition to this console bans are permanent so Microsoft do not issue them lightly.

    We have had this same problem also for about a week now , can access you tube ok and watch that, but then when loading up a game , everything just shuts down , have tried all the tips suggested , unplugging supply , restarting etc, now think it may be
    a new power brick needed , its an xbox one and just over 3 years old , so only places available will be ebay i guess to buy a new one .

    I appreciate the advice but i have given everything on that last a go around 3-4 times. At this point im thinking my xbox might have just died, its a Xbox one S around 2-3 years old but im not to sure at this point
