Xbox One Console - Power Up Issues

My Xbox One is having issues powering up.

Console and power box are acknowledging that I'm powering up the console (from console, not controller) with noise and change of light from orange to white, but only occurs for a brief moment before it stops power up.

Called support and walked through the troubleshooting recommended but was unable to resolve the issue. Has anyone else had this problem/any thoughts on what I should do?

Xbox One game install stops @ 4%

Can you try power cycling the console?

support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

That should clear up some issues.

Also, it requires only 60GB - 45GB on the disc plus a 15GB download.

I wil be on my 4th Console

Sorry if I missed a post, but what's up with the Xbox anyway for you to have a power brick and replacement console on the way? I mean if the brick is suspected to be knackered how do you know there's an issue with the console itself?

my 3rd xbox had a power issue and then my 4th xbox was working then 3 days later had another power issue so they advised me to get both of them replaced. Also my light on the power brick was orange when it should have been white.

Xbox Support should have given you the option to get it serviced. If your console is still in it's 12 month warranty, you can have it repaired free of charge, or take it back to the retail store and request a refund, replacement or for them to send it in
for repair. If you need further help, get professional help by contacting Xbox Support again, as they are the official channel of Microsoft, for Xbox.

I usually use a usb cable with my elite controller. So, i suggest you try that or check for controller updates as well as a console update.

Yes, it was updated as well as the phantom white controller. Bother the black and the phantom white controller exhibit the same symptoms
