    Xbox One console not starting up.


    this morning, i tried to turn on my xbox and noticed that it took longer than usual to start up. after it finally booted up, the screen went black. then shortly after that happened, the console just turned off.

    i have tried holding down the power button and restarting it, but it hasn't work.

    someone please help!

    Console not starting up

    So my X360 froze while I was playing a game and now it won't start up. I let it sit overnight but still nothing. The little power dot is green and I can hear the fans running but nothing shows up on the screen. No green/red rings and my controller won't
    connect, even if plugged in via usb. I also tried unplugging everything and letting it sit for awhile, but that didn't do anything.

    Any ideas as to what happened to my Xbox? Thanks.

    Have you tried any of the following? -





    1. Try powering on the console with the hard drive removed.
    2. Try a different mains socket in your home to power the console.
    3. Try a different TV or AV/HDMI cable.

    I believe if you don't download the update it wont let you sign into xbox live. Delete some stuff if you can that you no longer use.

    How is it connected to the internet ? and have you tested that it is able to connect ?

    I am unable to add any acounts to this console. I’m stuck in the consoles initial setup. I haven’t even gotten to a home screen yet. So far, power cycling and factory reseting (by holding the pairing and eject buttons down and pressing the power button
    once) hasn’t done anything for me. The only alternitive that I have’t tried is doing an offline update using a flashdrive.
