Xbox One console loading screen repeat

My Xbox One console will turn on, but it will only show the Xbox loading screen, then it will say that I need to hold the power button down for up to ten seconds, and turn it back on when it is off. I've done this five times. It's on a flat surface and has
nothing around it at the moment.

Xbox 360 endless reboot issue

Hi! My console reboots after loading.

I see loading screen or dashboard then I hear short sound like a scratch, then iterface freezes and console reboots. After loading everything repeats again and again.

Any ideas how can I fix it?

Reboot loop after initial wifi setup

I just got my new Xbox One S console (Gears of War limited edition). On the first boot, everything was fine until the wifi setup screen.

After entering the password, I am seemingly stuck in an endless reboot loop. The screen will turn to black, and after a while, the green Xbox One loading screen turns up. It turns black after a while and the whole process repeats again. I read that Im supposed
to set my wifi to open but now i can't even get into the setup screen. Only managed to get into the controller setup once or twice when spamming my controller during the xbox one loading screen.

This issue often is caused by corrupted data in the console which prevents the home screen from loading correctly, this can often be fixed by a factory restore. Now as you can't actually access the settings to do this there is a way to restore to factory
defaults using a USB flash drive.

If you visit the offline system diagnostic support page you can download the Restore Factory Defaults file:

support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool

Read through the process of formatting the flash drive etc thoroughly and follow the instructions as if you were doing a system update but using the file you downloaded you may find that your console will then boot correctly.

This is the first and easiest way you should try to get Xbox One green screen fixed.

Press and hold the Power button on the console for about 10 seconds.
Then start console again.
Xbox One will start appropriately without the green loading screen issue.

after installing the patch my console restart and then stuck on load screen (green one with the xbox logo) after 30 mins y decide to insert a disc then my load screen disapear and i could complete the setup, sorry 4 my enlgish

Hi Mister Maka,

Tried the steps you suggested. And then repeated them after i created a new profile but still crashes out on the loading screen.

Any more ideas?

When this happens, can you repeat the purchasing steps to see if the confirmation page actually loads on the second or third attempt?

Another user reported this on the forums, and afterwards I experienced this myself, and simply trying again seemed to do the trick.

If not, please try power cycling the console (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) and then repeat the steps.
